Vendor Spotlight – Beverly DeGreve

How did you get started at Vintage Marketplace?

I started my business and quest for resale excitement 30 years ago in a suburb of Chicago. It all started in the wholesale market with a line of American made products designed by myself and manufactured with a staff of 20. We exhibited at trade shows all across the USA. Soon the business evolved into 3 retail locations. The final being an upscale resale furniture and home decor store. After retirement and moving to Fort Collins the desire to provide fun loving unique items to the public continued and I arrived at Vintage Marketplace.

Do you have an area of specialty?

As far as specialty, I would say that I look for new and exciting items as well as heart warming older items. Some I reinvent and others come to you in their original form.

What is your favorite part of reselling?

My favorite part of reselling is about the hunt and finding unique items to sell. It is part of my soul and I love to bring my creativity to my booth. The opportunity to have a booth at Vintage Marketplace has been inspiring since its opening.
