How did you get started at Vintage Marketplace?

I’ve been thrifting ever since I was young, a passion passed down from my mother. She taught me how to find unique pieces and appreciate the story behind second-hand treasures. Over time, that love for thrifting evolved into curating high-quality, stylish finds for others to enjoy.

Do you have an area of specialty?

Yes! I specialize in handmade jewelry, as well as carefully curated Boho and trendy clothing for women and kids. My goal is to bring together timeless, stylish, and one-of-a-kind pieces that fit seamlessly into any wardrobe.

What is your favorite part of reselling?

My favorite part of reselling is the thrill of discovering hidden gems and knowing that I’m contributing to sustainability by giving pre-loved items a second life. It’s incredibly rewarding to connect people with pieces they love while also reducing waste and promoting mindful fashion.

How did you get started at Vintage Marketplace?

I have wanted to have a vintage and handmade booth for a while and when I met Annie, of the Raw Creative, we were able to put together such a sweet booth combining exactly that! I love seeing fun vintage finds, mixed with my illustration and screen printed goods alongside her beautiful handmade jewelry!

Do you have an area of specialty?

My area of specialty in reselling is definitely looking for earthy southwest home decor; weavings, baskets and pottery seem to fit well with my particular naturalist illustration style. I’m also always on the look-out for things that fit a cozy cabin vibe, or a little lakeside fishing cottage!

What is your favorite part of reselling?

My favorite part of reselling is pretty clear. It’s the best way to find the most unique home decor, art, clothing and more – while contributing to a less wasteful consumer habit. Trends come and go, and our attachment to things fades, but it may be just the spark for someone else to change up their vibe or add to what they already have! Buying and selling second-hand and vintage is the easy way to take a little better care of our planet while dodging boring cookie cutter aesthetics. It’s a win-win, and you never know what you might learn from the treasures you find! Everything has a story.
