Shipping and Returns Policy

Because of the nature of our industry, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All products are unique and often one-of-a-kind.

Items are represented to the best of our ability through pictures and descriptions; however, we are not experts in any field.

The majority of our items are pre-owned and therefore, all items are sold “as is” and are NON REFUNDABLE.

Items are unable to be tested, therefore working condition is not guaranteed.

Items have not been authenticated, appraised, certified, or researched unless otherwise stated.

In-Store Priority

All of our items for sale in our online store are also available for in-store purchase. Because all of our inventory is one-of-a kind,  we cannot guarantee it will be available at the exact time of online purchase. If an item has sold in-store at the same time that you have purchased it online, you will be notified and refunded on the next business day. In-store purchases take priority.

Local PickUp

If you have selected “Local Pickup” at checkout, your items will be available for FIVE (5) days from the date of purchase at our store in Fort Collins, Colorado. If your items are not picked up within 5 days, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund.

Items categorized as “Furniture” are subject to a $50 restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policies

Your order will be prepared and shipped out within five (5) business days of payment confirmation. You will automatically receive a notification with your shipment tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the individual dimensions of each product in your cart.
