Vendor Spotlight – Amelia Risinger

How did you get started at Vintage Marketplace?

I started Thrift by Meems in May of 2020. I was going to school at CSU online, and had some extra time on my hands. I began by selling a handful of clothes each week out of my small bedroom, and slowly worked towards my goal of having an online website, selling in person at markets, and getting a booth space in a store! I now resell as my full time job, and I love every minute of it!

Do you have an area of specialty?

I specialize in quality, vintage clothing, southwestern style leather accessories such as bolos, belts and bags, and curated homegoods! You are sure to find a gem or two when you shop my booth at Vintage Marketplace.

What is your favorite part of reselling?

I really enjoy giving items a new life, passing them along to new homes. Reselling is a wonderful way to be sustainable, and fashionable, for a great price. : )
