Vendor Spotlight – Robin Nash & Christy Harras

How did you get started at Vintage Marketplace?

As a Colorado native and the youngest child of the best western fashionista in Northern Colorado, Christy Harras says she wanted to continue her Mom’s legacy by providing affordable western hats, caps and accessories for the farm, ranch and city cowgirls out there with Rogue Brims.

Grit & Grace was founded by Robin Nash, whose passion for curating unique items grew out of her earlier experience as the owner of a nonprofit social enterprise shabby chic boutique called A Place for Grace.

As her real estate/title company career expanded, her responsibilities took priority, and she stepped away from retail. Today, she’s able to reconnect with that creative side through her tiny boutique at Vintage Marketplace, where she once again gets to design and curate distinctive pieces.

Beyond her creative work, Robin is deeply committed to her faith and to living out strong ethics and values, which guide both her personal and professional life. Philanthropy is also central to who she is; she serves as the Executive Director of C3 Cares.

Outside of work, she enjoys riding the Harley with her husband, Rich, and spending time with her daughter—an artist and owner of The Cozy Grain Sign Co. (found on FB)—her son-in-law, and her beloved grandkids.  “Make every day count!”

Do you have an area of specialty?

We are proud to be a part of the Vintage Marketplace family and be able to help people feel comfortable and beautiful for a budget friendly life.

What is your favorite part of reselling?

Robin’s style is whimsical, eclectic, and playful, often infused with humor. With a family full of artists, she has developed a range of creative outlets she enjoys in her spare time, frequently working with paper-based art or repurposing vintage materials.

Christy’s hats are all unique, as she explains, “Each brim tells a story. I hope you will share yours!”
