Vendor Spotlight – Charissa Probst
How did you get started at Vintage Marketplace?
I randomly went to Fort Collins and hit all the flea markets on College, with my Mom and walked into Vintage Marketplace for the first time. I instantly fell in love with the store and knew I wanted to be a part of it. I asked about a booth space but at the time, everything was full and there was a wait list. I didn’t sign up at that time unfortunately, but 3 years later, there was an opening. I took my chances and got a booth!
Do you have an area of specialty?
I would say, making homemade wreaths has been my specialty overall, but learning to flip furniture is becoming my new hobby. I love having a vision in my head, then making it come to life!
What is your favorite part of reselling?
It’s definitely meeting new people, especially the other vendors of the store and getting inspiration from them. I am blown away with some of the creativity, of these vendors at Vintage Marketplace! Also, you can now find me working at the store, on some Saturdays. Come say hello! I would love to meet you!
